At Austin HVAC, we specialize in providing top-tier HVAC systems and expert installation services exclusively within the Austin metro area. We do not ship products nationwide or internationally. Our focus is local delivery and professional installation by licensed technicians.
Local Delivery & Installation (Austin Metro Area)
- Service Area: We proudly serve the greater Austin metro area, including nearby suburbs.
- Delivery Method: All products are delivered and installed by licensed HVAC professionals — no third-party carriers.
- Delivery Timing: Installation is typically completed within 5–10 business days of order confirmation. Delivery will be scheduled to match your installation appointment.
- Delivery Cost: Delivery is free with all complete system purchases and installations within our service area.
Shipping Outside Austin or Texas
- We do not ship equipment outside the Austin metro area.
- For orders placed by mistake for locations outside our service area, please contact us within 24 hours at contact@austinhvactx.com to cancel or amend your order.
Order Processing
- Processing Hours: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Once your order is placed, a team member will contact you to confirm details and schedule delivery and installation.
- Orders $499 and above qualify for free local delivery.
Delivery Confirmation & Inspection
All systems are hand-delivered and installed by our in-house or certified installation teams. Upon delivery, our technicians will verify equipment condition and perform setup.
