Shipping Policy

At Austin HVAC, we specialize in providing high-performance HVAC systems with expert installation services, exclusively within the Austin metro area. We do not offer nationwide or international shipping. Our services are focused on local delivery and installation by licensed technicians.

Local Delivery & Installation (Austin Metro Area)

Service Area: Greater Austin metro area, including surrounding suburbs.

Delivery Method: All products are hand-delivered and installed by our licensed HVAC professionals — we do not use third-party carriers.

Delivery Timing: Installations are typically completed within 5–10 business days (Mon To Fri) 
of order confirmation. Delivery is coordinated with your scheduled installation date.

Delivery Cost:

Free within Texas

$500 USD delivery fee for addresses outside of Texas

 If you placed an order by mistake for a location outside our service area, please contact us within 24 hours at 📧 contact@austinhvactx.com to cancel or amend your order.

Order Processing

Order Cut-Off Time: All orders must be placed by 11:00 PM (CST) to be processed the next business day.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

After order placement, a team member will contact you to confirm details and schedule delivery and installation.

Orders of $499 or more qualify for free local delivery within Texas.

Delivery Confirmation & Inspection

All systems are delivered and installed by our in-house or certified installation teams. Upon delivery, our technicians will:

Inspect the equipment for any damage.

Complete the setup and ensure the system is functioning properly.
