At Austin HVAC, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you're not completely happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Conditions for Return:

Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and components.

Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.

Return Method:

Items must be dropped off at an approved return location (details provided upon request).

There are no restocking fees.

Return shipping instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.

Exchanges

We also accept exchanges for eligible products. Please initiate an exchange request via email at contact@austinhvactx.com. Exchanges follow the same 60-day window and product condition requirements as returns.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Timeframe:

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at contact@austinhvactx.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide detailed instructions and return/drop-off information.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturer defect

Custom or special-order products

Items returned after the 60-day window
