Parts Warranty
Every system we install is covered by the manufacturer's parts warranty: 10 years when registered within 60 days of installation, and a shorter standard term if not registered in time. Exact terms vary by brand. Our licensed installation partner registers your equipment with the manufacturer on your behalf within 60 days, so there is nothing you need to do.

Labor Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our installations. Every system we install includes a 5-Year Labor Warranty provided through our licensed installation partners. If an installation-related issue arises, or a repair covered by the manufacturer's parts warranty needs labor, within five years of installation, we cover the labor at no charge. Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature.

Want longer labor coverage? Our optional 10-Year Labor Plan extends your included 5-year labor warranty to 10 years. It is a paid add-on. Ask us for pricing when you request your quote.

What Does "Manufacturer Warranty" Mean?
Manufacturer parts warranty: 10 years when your equipment is registered with the manufacturer within 60 days of installation. If it is not registered in time, the manufacturer's standard coverage applies, typically 5 years. Exact terms vary by brand.
If Austin HVAC installed your system, our licensed installation partner registers your equipment with the manufacturer on your behalf within 60 days. No invoice or paperwork is needed from you.
If a covered part fails during the warranty period, the manufacturer replaces the part at no cost. Manufacturer warranties cover parts only, not labor. Labor is covered by our 5-Year Labor Warranty, which applies to installation-related issues and to repairs covered by the manufacturer's parts warranty.
Is Labor Covered?
Manufacturer warranties don’t cover labor—so we go a step further. Every system we install includes a 5-year Labor Policy. That means if any installation-related issues arise within five years, they’ll make it right—no surprise costs. You also have the option to purchase a 10-year labor plan for extended protection, giving you even more peace of mind and long-term confidence in your system.
