Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.

5-Year Labor Warranty
Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of mounting. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature. Paired with the Trane 5TXC evaporator coil, this system improves cooling and humidity control. The 5TXC coil offered by Austin HVAC is an all-aluminum coil designed for maximum heat exchange and better corrosion resistance than traditional copper/aluminum coils. It includes a factory-installed thermal expansion valve (TXV) for precise refrigerant control and consistent indoor comfort.
Together, the 5TTR40 condenser and 5TXC coil supply an energy-efficient, reliable cooling solution for a comfortable home environment.
