If any of the above are needed for your home, our technician will examine on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any additional work begins. Nothing extra is charged or performed without your written approval.
5-Year Labor Warranty
Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature. Paired with the Trane 5TXC evaporator coil, this system improves cooling and humidity control. The 5TXC coil is an all-aluminum design that maximizes heat exchange and resists corrosion better than traditional copper/aluminum coils. Its factory-installed thermal expansion valve (TXV) ensures precise refrigerant control for optimal efficiency and consistent comfort.
