Trane Evaporator Coil: An all-aluminum cased coil for upflow/downflow applications with corrosion-resistant construction and factory-installed TXV for precise refrigerant control.
Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.
Professional Installation:
- Removal & haul-off of existing equipment
- Installation of new equipment and all included elements
- Refrigerant line connection, evacuation & charge to OEM spec
- Full system start-up, airflow check & operational testing
- Permit pulled and permit fees paid with the local jurisdiction

This listing covers the equipment and standard installation scope above. The following items are not included unless specifically listed on your written invoice or estimate:

Electrical panel upgrades or new breakers beyond the standard disconnect

Ductwork modifications, repairs, replacement, or new runs

New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)

Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)

Condenser relocation to a new exterior position

Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access

Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation

Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit

Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)

Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling

If any of the above are needed for your home, our technician will assess on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any additional work begins. Nothing supplementary is charged or performed without your written approval.
5-Year Labor Warranty:
Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature.
