If any of the above are needed for your home, our technician will evaluate on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any additional work begins. Nothing extra is charged or performed without your written approval.
5-Year Labor Warranty
Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature. Paired with the Lennox CK40HT evaporator coil offered by Austin HVAC, the system improves cooling efficiency and humidity control. The CK40HT coil uses durable copper tubing and high-efficiency aluminum fins for superior heat exchange and corrosion resistance. A factory-installed thermal expansion valve (TXV) provides precise refrigerant control, optimizing energy use and indoor comfort.
