If any of the above are needed for your home, our technician will assess on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any further work begins. Nothing extra is charged or performed without your written approval.
5-Year Labor Warranty
Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our mounting causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature. Paired with the Lennox CK40CT evaporator coil offered by Austin HVAC, this system improves cooling efficiency and humidity control. The CK40CT coil has durable copper tubing, high-performance aluminum fins, and a factory-installed thermal expansion valve (TXV) for precise refrigerant control, optimizing efficiency and comfort.
