Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.
Professional Installation:
- Removal & haul-off of existing equipment
- Installation of new equipment and all included parts
- Refrigerant line connection, evacuation & charge to OEM spec
- Full system start-up, airflow check & operational testing
- Permit pulled and permit fees paid with the local jurisdiction
- Final inspection and job-site clean-up

If any of the above are needed for your home, our technician will assess on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any additional work begins. Nothing extra is charged or performed without your written approval.
5-Year Labor Warranty:
Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of setup. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Elements replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature. Paired with the Goodman CHPTA evaporator coil offered by Austin HVAC, this system improves cooling efficiency and humidity control. The CHPTA coil has durable copper tubing, high-efficiency aluminum fins, and a factory-installed thermal expansion valve (TXV) for precise refrigerant control and optimized energy use.
