NCUC36BT5S Evaporator Coil: The GE Appliances NCUC is a cased evaporator coil for upflow or downflow (vertical) applications. Compatible with R-454B refrigerant, aluminum fin and copper tube construction provides efficient heat transfer with factory-installed TXV for precise refrigerant metering.
Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.

New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)

Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)

Condenser relocation to a new exterior position

Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation

Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access

If any of the above are needed for your home, our technician will assess on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any additional work begins. Nothing extra is charged or performed without your written approval.
5-Year Labor Warranty
Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature.
